What They Say
“BLOMUS is synonymous with intelligent, minimalist and functional design for the contemporary home. Founded in 1961 and rooted in traditional methods of exceptional quality and highly skilled craftsmanship, the family-owned brand has built its success on the firm belief in honesty of materials, purity of shape and a passionate approach. History still plays a vital role in the brand today which continues to be known for it’s devotion to a highly innovative approach to product development and a desire to look beyond the mere aesthetics of a product and view its practical and functional properties as equally important to one another. In combination with an overall design philosophy that expresses simplicity, feminine sensibility, and an uncompromising approach to colour, shape, and choice of material, this has made BLOMUS a leading provider of interior design and garden accessories made to last for generations to come.” Products We Love
As with so many of the brands we have carefully chosen, there is always many more than one reason we have chosen them. The BLOMUS luxury Spa products bring a serenity and feeling of relaxation to an everyday ritual; their simple but beautifully formed classic water carafe and glassware adds an understated elegance to the perfect place setting morning, noon and night; and their architectural bathroom range called Menoto makes for a striking, yet understated look we are proud to use in our architectural project shoots.
Our greatest love affair with BLOMUS though, begins before we even step foot inside the front door. A uniquely welcoming, array of Torches and Firepits have been part of the BLOMUS garden collection for many seasons. The timeless appeal of the contemporary torch called ORCHOS stands proud and lights the way along a wonderfully illuminated path atop a hardwood pole. Mixed with the LUMINO Firepit, a stunning outdoor table centre or fire feature for the terrace, with a minimalist, architectural aesthetic provides a true campfire romance and warming glow experience, reminding us that the spirit of Scandinavian Living begins and ends, always, with the great outdoors.
