Products We Love
Homes that have a strong sense of identity often belong to people who have a clear sense of who they are and what they want. They are not attempting to replicate a look or style, to follow trends or place objects within a space just because they think they should. Instead they have a vision of how they want their home to function, built around the activities of their lives and focus on what is required to achieve it. This is very much inherently a Nordic way, even though most Scandinavians we know rarely realise this gift with any conscious thought.
 
Designed For The Way We Live became our secondary strapline during the first inception of our brand, when Scandibøx was merely a spark of consciousness, albeit quietly persistent.  We knew that when we create a home that meets our needs and expresses our character, we can enrich our lives on many levels. We also knew that despite the fact we are  professional designers, telling people what to buy, or what look to achieve was not to be the Scandibøx way.  Instead we wish always to nurture, to guide and help our followers build dreams, view the possible, be inspired and encouraged. To ultimately, through design, bring contentment and joy.

With an alignment so similar to ours, Ferm LIVING, founded by a professional product designer, is one of few brands who span the range from small scale to large. Whether the beautifully cut Ripple Glassware sets, the sculptural forms of the Rico Chair, the organically shaped Arum lamps or the cleverly adaptable Plant Box containers.  Our heart belongs to  FERM LIVING and the products we have carefully selected as part of our personally curated collections.      
 
When we focus on our values, decision making becomes easy and the ‘burden of choice’ or weight of choosing is suddenly lifted. Just as we should always live our lives for ourselves, so should we fill our homes with furniture and objects that help to tell our story.
